EN E-002419/2018 Answer given by Mr Vella on behalf of the Commission (20.6.2018) The Commission does not have information about the projects referred to by the Honourable Member, their administrative status and whether they would affect the environment and/or the surrounding population. Furthermore, the Commission recalls that the Environmental Impact Assessment Directive provides for a system of administrative and judicial review of the decisions, acts or omissions taken by the authorities during the environmental impact assessment procedure that can be used by the concerned public.
