CE QUI EST DEJA ACCOMPLI EST IMPORTANT, MAIS CE QUI RESTE A FAIRE EST CONSIDERABLE : REFORMER LA JUSTICE, MODERNISER LES INSTITUTIONS SOCIALES, REDUIRE LES INEGALITES EXCESSIVES DE RESSOURCES, DEVELOPPER L'EDUCATION, LIBERALISER LES LEGISLATIONS REPRESSIVES, DEVELOPPER LA CULTURE. DE NOMBREUSES LOIS VONT ETRE PROPOSEES AU PARLEMENT. D'AUTRES LE SERONT AU PRINTEMPS, PUIS A L'AUTOMNE PROCHAIN. IL FAUT QUE LA SOCIETE FRANCAISE DEVIENNE UN CHANTIER DE REFORMES CONDUITES DANS LA LIBERTE ET L'IMAGINATION, DANS LA REFLEXION ET LA SERENITE. CERTAINS CRITIQUENT NOS REFORMES.
