IL M'APPARAIT INDISPENSABLE QUE CETTE POLITIQUE SOIT DEFINIE PAR UNE ETROITE CONCERTATION ENTRE LES POUVOIRS PUBLICS ET LA VILLE DE PARIS. AUSSI, JE VOUS DEMANDE DE PRECISER AVEC LE CONSEIL DE PARIS LES GRANDS OBJECTIFS QUI DEVRONT ETRE POURSUIVIS CONJOINTEMENT PAR L'ETAT ET PAR LA VILLE, EN CE QUI CONCERNE L'AMENAGEMENT DE PARIS. A MES YEUX, CET AMENAGEMENT DOIT S'INSPIRER, EN-PARTICULIER, DE QUATRE PRINCIPES : UNE PAUSE DEVRAIT ETRE OBSERVEE CONCERNANT LA CONSTRUCTION DE BUREAUX DANS PARIS, AU-COURS DES PROCHAINES ANNEES ; LA MISE EN_OEUVRE DE NOUVEAUX MOYENS POURRA ETRE NECESSAIRE A CET EFFET. =LOGEMENT= LES OPERATIONS D'AMENAGEMENT QUI SERONT _ENTREPRISES DEVRONT RESPECTER, DANS TOUTE LA MESURE DU POSSIBLE, LE CARACTERE ACTUEL DES QUARTIERS DE PARIS ET MAINTENIR OU RETABLIR LA POSSIBILITE D'Y RESIDER, POUR LES DIVERSES CATEGORIES SOCIALES ; CECI IMPLIQUE QUE LA PART DES ACTIONS DE RESTAURATION SOIT ACCRUE PAR-RAPPORT AUX ACTIONS DITES DE "RENOVATION". =TRANSPORTS PARISIENS= PLUTOT QU'A DE NOUVELLES VOIES DE CIRCULATION A CARACTERE AUTOROUTIER, QUI FAVORISENT L'ACCROISSEMENT DE LA CIRCULATION AUTOMOBILE, LA PREFERENCE DOIT ETRE DONNEE A DES AVENUES URBAINES AMELIORANT LES COMMODITES DE LA CIRCULATION ET L'AGREMENT DES QUARTIERS.
