« La formation initiale et continue des professionnels au contact des enfants (enseignants, animateurs, médecins, travailleurs sociaux, magistrats, policiers et gendarmes) ne comporte, au titre des violences sexuelles, qu'un module sur les « infractions sexuelles » à l'encontre des mineurs.
Cet amendement l'étend aux violences sexistes et sexuelles et aux violences intrafamiliales, y compris lorsqu'elles sont commises par d'autres mineurs. Il y ajoute le recueil de la parole de l'enfant, le signalement et la protection immédiate de la victime : ce sont les gestes que les professionnels doivent maîtriser dès la première révélation.
Cet amendement reprend une proposition du collectif Angle Mort. »
